Girl Power began in August of 2007 as a “Girl’s Night Out & Business Sharing” and has grown to a monthy destination for business women who want a great noght out.

We are about empowering women to achieve more through building relationships with other dynamic businesswomen. We share our strengths and triumphs while having an enjoyable evening out away from the boys! Each event has open networking, a full dinner and display areas for attendees to share their business information.

Currently, there are no membership fees, commitments, or exclusivity. We have very few rules and everyone is welcome to attend, whether you own a business or work for one. We offer many opportunities to promote your business: individual introductions, tables and door prizes at the events, advertising on our famous pink Girl Power bags, or ad links on our website and email announcements.

Today, Girl Power boasts almost 1500 businesswomen involved from DC< Maryland and Northern Virginia, with an average of 40 women at each event. We rotate venues, so keep your eyes peeled for where the girls are meting next!
